In view of room-hygienically considerations, a modern room climatisation should provide a physiological humidity of about 50% as well as pollution and germ-free air.
The sorption capacities of the calcium-silicate panels ensure a constant relative air humidity between 40% and 60% – neither too dry nor too humid. The unpleasant air draft caused by conventional air conditioning systems and quite often the reason for a summer flu is being avoided. In addition to that, the Hippokrates-System does not spread any germs into the room air which may be the case when the air filters in the conventional systems are badly serviced (so called “germ flings”).
