On top of the capillary tube mats, a permeable and highly efficient basic and fine plaster will be added which provides a high conductivity for humidity and accordingly cope with the finishing task of absorbing, storing and evaporating emerging condensate – whenever it occurs – into and out of the calcium silicate panels, which leads to the effect of evaporative cooling when the Hippokrates-System is being switched off.
In order to enable the application of the energy-efficient heating/cooling into any and all buildings, it is required that such heating/cooling must be applicable also for such buildings which cannot be insulated from outside (in particular monument-listed buildings). The system must allow a room climatisation in combination with an effective inside insulation including humidity conductivity. This requirement can be met ideally with the Hippokrates-System by applying the utmost efficiency.
